The Dunn County Zero Suicide Team, comprised of community members and Human Services/Public Health staff is promoting mental health awareness throughout the month of May.
It began with hanging green ribbons at the Dunn County Government Center and in downtown Menomonie as a reminder that mental health matters and support is within reach.
Why green? The color green represents renewal, hope, and healing, and is used to encourage destigmatizing conversations about mental health. There are also a limited number of ribbons available to community members at Dunn County Human Services, located in the Government Center.
Join us in supporting the mental health of our community this May!
