
Menomonie – Dunn County community members are invited to participate in a free online training called QPR on Tuesday, May 13, designed to equip individuals with the skills to respond effectively to someone experiencing a mental health emergency.
By completing this training, participants will learn the three critical steps to help prevent suicide: question the individual’s intent, persuade them to seek help, and refer them to appropriate resources.
In-person training will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, May 13, in Room 101 of the Dunn County Government Center. Registration is available at https://forms.office.com/g/EtiNEcQ7Yu
